It has now been raining for going on 16 hours straight. I have three pairs of socks drying in the bathroom, I have to wipe off my dogs' feet every time they go outside and come back in, and my hair is made of tarantulas.
How do you non-San Diegans do this on a regular basis?

LOL! Although, Charlotte does have a jacket...
There are these things called jackets that don't allow the rain to hit your clothing, along with an umbrella that is put over one's head to keep the water away.
In all seriousness, however, you just expect it and run everywhere you need to go.
Ick. I vote no on the whole infernal process.
